no$psx theoretical easy mode sprite ripping

So I noticed that in the vram viewer of no$psx you can just see the actual sprite sheets in the bottom right corner of the screen in their correct pallets. I was thinking that it would be so easy to rip the sprites if we could access it at all. I've thought of screenshotting it but the size never comes out right. It would be neat if the no$psx devs put an export option for these assets right then and there. Or does anyone else here know a way to intercept the image?
