Killer Instinct 2 Ripping

Wanting to finish off Killer Instinct 2 https://www.spriters-resource.com/arcade...instinct2/ but i can't find any documentation online ripping them aside from a mame cheat that was promising at first but turns out it cause problems with the transparent outlines around characters with the background being pure white. Shot in the dark but i might as well seek answers on how this guy did the current fighters on it's page, can't be screen ripping and if you've played the game you'd know why and it can't be the mame cheat so yeah, curious.

i figured something out, kinda, going to be a lot of problems and effort along the way though but i'll try and get it done. Only 2 characters left to do but i might just do kim wu and be done depends on how time consuming it ends up being
