Looking to rip textures from Bulk Slash on the Sega Saturn - any suggestions?

I've tried a bunch of different emulators (Kronos, Yabause, Bizhawk, Beetle Saturn on Retroarch-Steam, etc) with both Texmex and 3D Ripper - neither of which were able to start the emulators in order to begin the rip.

Ideally I'd get the night time city textures from the second level in Bulk Slash. Any suggestions or guidance gratefully received!

Any advice, tips or just the textures themselves would be much appreciated!
