Extracting wads? (EyeToy Play extraction help)

I've been recently trying to extract the contents of the "Data" file in the first EyeToy Play game (Specifically for the characters), Wad viewers like "Slade" can't open it due to it not being a Doom kinda Wad. I'd appreciate the help as my wheelhouse isn't technical stuff. I have the Data file linked here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/mrutdyrj5...a.zip/file

Bumping this as I have recently just been able to extract the contents of the "Data" file. Now I'm asking if there's a way to extract the models, I have linked Kieu's model down below for you guys to look at!
