What if the game uses free sprite assets

I reverse image searched the game's sprites and found that they were from a free sprite pack, are sprites like this still uploaded? What if they didn't use every sprite in the sprite pack, do I cut out the ones that were not used? Do I also link to the original sprite pack website? Thanks in advance.

Generic stuff that's not tied with a specific game could be uploaded like ten or twenty times for different games, therefore I wouldn't upload it.
If it's RPG Maker or a similar engine with graphics already in the folders, you can upload them one time for the engine itself, but not games done with these assets.
In this case, I would only upload unique materials associated with this game.
