Why has one not existed? I mean, it would be really useful to just have something that can start you off on your way to tile/sprite design....

So I made one. It's not the best, but it is a quick start to jumping on a project, instead of spending X Min working on it.

(And hey, if it clears up all the annoying impossible to use 'nes' sprites, then by all means! [Image: biggrin.png])

...You know, I was just about to go ON MY WAY to make one of these... and fetch an NES palette... Wow. I love your timing.
