Monster Rancher ripping help [PS2]

I wanted to rip the monster models from Monster Rancher 1, 2, 3, 4, EVO, & DS, but I don't know how to. If you have any knowledge at all about ripping from a PSX, PS2, & NDS game, I'd appreciate it. I'll include a screenshot of Monster Rancher 3's Suzurin via the Encyclopedia.
   
However, when I tried to rip the models, I was stopped by .dat files in Monster Rancher 3, 4, and EVO. And that's where the entire community comes in, if you get those models in the first place, I shall credit YOU! Either that, or you submit them as your submissions. It's entirely your choice.

Oh, and don't worry about the DS version, because I ripped that one. Only Monster Rancher 1 through 5 (EVO being the 5th one) to worry about.
It would be nice if you guys can teach how I can properly extract the .dat file into separate files.

Also, don't worry about the 1st two for those are PS1 games. Monster Rancher 1 and 2's models can be exported via PSXPrev. But if only there's a tool like PSXPrev for the PS2 games, and for the other Playstation consoles too.
