Kasumi Ninja sprites rip

I wanna rip the sprites from the Atari Jaguar's Mortal Kombat clone, Kasumi Ninja, that includes characters, backgrounds, text, healthbars, etc. But I don't know how to do it, so please, someone give me some help, I know it's a really terrible game, but the sprites are worth for a fangame.
