Need help with ".png.imag" files

i am trying to get the SIF1 story sprites, but i can't found a form to use .png.imag archives, i don't know what program can open this files, and how pass it to .png, and is quite frustrating, and, also have a lots of .LUA files, i found NONE information about this doble archive format, so, yeah, i am lost.

also: i think in share SIF1 + SIF2 + SIFAS + Pochiguru extracts in some moment!
(i try desesperatly open the files with notepad++, but no results with what)
