Help with extracting the .PAK format from an underrated PS1 game

I want to rip the PAK format used for most of the code in the forgotten but underrated PlayStation 1 game "Rat Attack". The only problem I have is that every other program I have used that "specializes in opening PAK files" is incompatible with this game (aside from Tim2View which was only able to open like half of them). I would share a Drive link for the files but I don't really believe I can do that on here. If anybody could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated as one of the 7 remaining people to care about the game.
