The issue here is that the console may not be dumped at all to rip the menu. While the Master System and the Mega Drive are indeed successful (and not just in Brazil), in terms of emulation however only the original consoles are emulated and even then technically not all the models. From what little I know the Master System Collection 3 is either a system on a chip or something else using an ARM processor rather like those AtGames consoles that popped up.

As for the menu... It depends whether it's done on the console side or not but luck might be on your side. There are models that turned out that they were using Mega Drive ROMs. The issue being is that the ROM is over the 6MB limit that won't run on certain emulators. Basically if it can run the Mortal Kombat Trilogy hack then it would load this. While I was unable to find your model, the earlier 120 game model is out there. Using BizHawk, you have to load it and select Genesis/Mega Drive. Wait until the Sega logo pops up and use the palette trick. Then when the menu is loaded, go to the VDP Viewer and rip. I only managed to load this literally once as afterwards the red screen of death popped up never to reload again.

If your model is not dumped, then you would have to open up your console and find a way to dump the ROMs. This is beyond what tSR can offer. Sorry...
