I saw on the Twitch stream last night you mentioned about organising sounds for the new website and general ease of access. Would it be OK to reupload sounds that are organised?

Absolutely! But don't upload them as new submissions - you can click the pencil icon to submit a revision and just provide the newly organized zip file directly to the existing submission. And of course, you can do so for your own or other submissions if you're feeling so inclined.
