The Spriter's Resource Community Clean-up

This has been approved by Fret.
This coming May, when tSRc turns one year's old I'm doing a little cleaning up.
(Being a mod and all, I felt like tSRc needs it.)

All 6 month or older inactive, or locked topics will be deleted.

This part of the cleanup is not confirmed:
All 6 moth or older inactive, or banned users will be deleted also.

Sooo, start looking for anything you think you'll need.
All important topics will still probably be existent or placed somewhere.

Either two or three things happen with the Sprite Submission things.

- Completely left alone.
- Same rules as first post.
- New rule saying: Anything accepted to tSR already, it's topic will be deleted.

All rip collections will be left alone.
