I've been working on this for my fangame, and have decided to reveal it to the public.
This is
Metal Sonic, yadda yadda yadda, and I have edited him from G-mel with a Sonic head.
Could someone please help me with the knock over sprites?
Also, that Emerl? Custom except for the head. Heavily edited G-Mel. And he's my new fanchar, T.P.K.A.
Thanks for viewing!

Needs WAAAY more contrast for one. Try editing Sonic's pallet.

The shades are too dark and the shading is not very smooth for something advance styled.

Needs a lot of contrast, and the shading doesn't fit the Sonic Advance style. The side head is pretty messed up too, like something came over and put a deep gap in the side of his head. Smooth it out more so it looks more like his sharp quills.

These are Sonic's shades. It's just there's more 2nd shade. It helps look more like his Heroes form which I'm trying to emulate.
How is it not smooth? Please show me and I will make it smooth.
I can't remember what is contrast. Contrast between colours? Contrast between sets of colours? Contrast between the colours and the background?
To tell the truth I'm more proud of the side head then the front head. Show me an image of his side head and I will change. And NOT a sprite.

Contrast is the difference between colors.
We cant see the shades.
And your not really emulating the heroes look, its not working. Sonic Advance style uses bright colors, don't make excuses not to fix it, just try using brighter colors, atm its way too dark.

The head seem a little pillow-shaded to me...
Woohoo!
The head isn't pillowed, its shading is just really rough and inconsistent.
