I'd suggest a different eye type for Leon, the anime eyes don't really fit him. Other than that, I don't see any other problems at the moment.

As for Mario's Mario Tornado, he's kinda just flailing his arms and spinning where in the games his arms are usually horizontal the whole time until the end of the attack where he throws them up.

yeah, and also for the mario tornado, id make his head and body move more to, like in 4 directions (you can mirror the "watching left/right" pose)
