Pikachu*
Man you guys screwed these colors UP. Not in the way of choosing shades but there were unnecessary colors, stray pixels and slightly different shades ALL OVER THE PLACE. When I put it up in graphicsgale there was something like THIRTY TWO colors, and then I spent all night fixing the colors instead of editing what I wanted to edit and cut it down to 16 (including text and background). So I basically had to cut it down by half.

BE CAREFUL not to have weird random shades of purple in the purple and make sure the shades ARE THE SAME and not changed VERY SLIGHTLY (as in you won't be able to see the difference unless you recolor with a stand-out color) (possibly because image uploaders creating a slight difference? I don't know but people ended up eye-dropping the wrong shades or just had them through c&p so the problem -persisted- through several different peoples' sprites) and make sure the text is outlined in the same color because some of them were different. I got rid of a lime-green shade for the electricity because you absolutely cannot see it against the yellow and yellow probably works fine instead. I also got rid of a shade of yellow that -only- occurs around the eyes making it entirely useless and easily replaceable. I wanted to make a lot of actual edits, maybe I will later if I had time but for now hoo that's enough.

PLEASE do not make me do this again this was completely ridiculous and there's no reason this should happen. I hope this didn't happen with Gooey but it doesn't look to me like it did.

Whoopsie! I usually check for stray colors by filling the sprite with a completely different color. That way, slightly differing shades won't be filled, and will thus stand out, allowing me to remove them. Of course, mistakes are made however. My bad. Unsure

As for the Up B, I noticed while watching some Youtube videos that he actually seems to teleport... I seriously never knew that-- I always thought it was just a quick dash, like quick attack or something. xS Anyway, I'll get to work on that one now.

Yeah, when I was considering what move to sprite next, when I did the side B, I considered the Up b, and I thought it looked more like this:

Alrighty then, so yes, I tried my hand at it... Basically I made the non-stretched sprite, stretched it, put it on photoshop and smudged it. I don't really know though.. it seems to have created a whole load of new colors. What do you guys reckon?

Oh and yeah, I whipped up a fall and neutral attack sequence.

Ah SemiJuggalo. I remember when he and I did that sprite project...

Er sorry I'm doing it again. Either way I think those sparkles and circles could use some work. Circles are banded, try just making them a solid color.

I didn't know you helped out on that sheet, Koopaul!

Anyway, felt a little guilty that I haven't done much on this project in a few days (Yeah, i know...), so I did the N attack projectile

The lightning bolt (Neutral B) should be more jagged, it looks like pikachu is shooting furry cat toys or snow balls.
Haha, I was going to say the same thing.

Meh it was just a slight readjustment on the arm placement of a few animations... So yeah I can't really say I did anything.

Wow, this is annoying

So, to make it easier, I tried to make it out of parts

Why would Pikachu fire an electric football instead of a thunderbolt?

Well it's not really a bolt of electricity. It's an electric sphere that skips across the ground.

Also, I made some other "U Special" effects since I consider the old ones ugly.
What do you guys think? Better, or worse?

Your effects look better, but I prefer the blue

I based them off of the following image.

Ok. Now that I look at it again, though, the yellow does look better.
