I think a group of about 4-5 people working on 2 characters would be a great idea because it takes one person about 2 weeks to finish 1 sheet if they do nothing but sheeting the character... Also are you considering a new moveset for gooey?
If anything we should revert to Gooey's old set and just finish that up.

O course, some moves may need to be re-done, but I don't think anyone will want to go back to tweaking characters until we know for definite that there is something wrong. Not now, so soon after finishing our first sheet.
