Looks good to me. What's his moveset or is he like the regular Luigi, where his moveset is similar to Mario's but is tweaked some.

I already have a moveset for him, there's only to that are similar to Paper Mario (unless someone has any other ideas) but here it is:

Neutral B = Hammer (Paper Mario)

> B = Hammer toss (Paper Mario)

^ B = Spring Jump (SPM move)

V B = Paper Tarnado (He spins and similar to Link's new bow, he picks them up, causes small damage and shoots them upwards)

Final Smash = Bro-Bot (You can control it and shoot out his hands)

If anyone has other Ideas, then PM me

His neck looks like it need to be a little bit longer.

Anyways, Isaac is done. I looked at Ahuron's Isaac as a ref. I'll probably change the stance, though.

Looks good. Though Tornado's description confuses me
