getting tired of working on WBS so i decided to start working on something else for awhile

i've actually gone back to this idea a few times before, but never got any farther than the story because i couldn't sprite for dick!!!!!!!!

WIP tiles and quickly thrown together mockup. I'll probably make the tiles simpler though, because i like the simple style of Grim and I don't think the background fits with it


and the story is basically that Jack O'Lantern goes too far with his tricks one year, and Grim gets fed up with him and decides to once again attempt to kill Jack

I haven't even made anything other than that one sprite

I'll give him a scythe, but before I go and completely change his design back to the generic 'every grim reaper ever drawn/sprited/modelled/etc ever' I'll need 10 good reasons.


Quick Jack sprite, I might end up shrinking the size of the characters/enemies just to make animations easier, but idk on that yet either
