everyone, this is up to you guys, the sheet is finished (faster than I thought)
but I could add more, like attacks. So it's up to any of you to see if it looks finish, first come, first serve. oh and if someone could enlarge it, that would be helpful so uh... thanks if you do. ^^ I'll be sure to add whoever does to get credit also. [attachment=229]

Ive seen lots of metroid sprites from various places, shy guy kingdom, spriters resource, metroid power, metroid fan mission, and a whole bunch more, I studied them, their shadowing, how they move and so as I got better with re-coloring and stuff, I started to make this sprite. If you start off like that... You could now how spriting works. well, at least thats how I got to this level of spriting. Im sure you could animate the gold statue so the eyes glowed, its easy, just use lighter colors so they glow, it would be like 6 diffrent colors for each, if you were to go by the original sprite.

I don't do any spriting. I've only ripped the gold statue, and that's all.

So, it's kind of like a 2D Metroid Prime 2 in a way?

Plasma Trooper Wrote:So, it's kind of like a 2D Metroid Prime 2 in a way? You mean my new picture, or the blogg? The game I wanted to make was going to be after the events of metroid fusion for game boy advanced. metroid prime 2 echoes is for the gamecube I just wanted some enemies to be...different from the normal usual creatures. So its like this: let's say metroid prime was made before zero mission and the other games didn't have zoomers in it. so they make zero mission after and turn the zoomer into a 2D figure. so thats kind of what Im doing. I actually got this inspiration by DoctorM64, The now famous creator of AM2R (another metroid 2 remake). just something random, but My name in the blog is thesupametroid If you visit the site.

Um...Putting BMPs on the internet is bad. Please convert them to PNGs before uploading/attaching. This is because BMPs have huge file sizes.
http://www.irfanview.com/ <- Free image converter. By converting BMPs to PNGs you'll still have your image quality intact, but a much lower file size. This is because BMPs have huge file sizes. oh... sorry, I didn't know. everytime I save it on PNG, It gets those little... pixles around it. All right, here's the new one in PNG style, now like I said, whoever says the sheet looks done or not, I'll do it. So if someone says the sheet looks done, its done. If someone could enlarge it, it would be appreciated if anyone could. [attachment=236] |
