I understand what you're saying. Like a "Starting Run" and "Ending Run" animation or frame. Hm.. I like that. I'll do it. But should the head angle be different? Tell me if it should be facing a little bit forward, down, front, etc.
EDIT: The jumping and half-charged buster shots are done. If I make this into a game, should it be a new Megaman-styled game (with new Robot Masters, a storyline, etc) or a fighting game with Sagas (X, Zero, Axl, Megaman.EXE, etc) characters?

As I said on inc, protoman's torso really doesn't read well, its almost like his arms are painted onto his body.

I agree, it's lacking some depth there.
Also, Megaman's punch animation could be improved. For one thing, he's just extending the arm that punches - he should be leaning into the punch, like he does with his kick. You might also try to have two different punches for the combo - perhaps one with his left arm, and another with his right arm. It should help make it more fluid.

The legs are too stiff. But I do in face like the animation, nice job so far!

There is another punch for the 2nd one, I have not sprited the 2nd punch during the time I made the animation but the combo is already done.

I think when he punches when he should use both fists and arms. Punch in the air. Usually, and naturally you use two arms when punchinh, and rapid one arm punching is dificult and looks weird.
