I finished these today. Took a while, but they came out perfectly. I will submit these to MFGG, at some point.

Quote:5. USE AN IMAGE HOSTING SITE.
Jesus Christ, would it kill you guys to upload your sprites there and post them here? Attachments are incredibly annoying, especially when I have to download the sprite only for it to end up being a shitty recolor. Not only that but it makes the poster look like an amateur. All you have to do is make an account, upload the image, and paste the link here. Make sure you put it between [.IMG] [/IMG] (without the period)

Please use these sites:

http://www.Photobucket.com
http://www.Imageshack.us
http://www.Pixeljoint.com
http://www.Tinypic.com
http://www.majhost.com
http://www.imagehost.org
(If you have any other sites, post them here) I personally prefer Photobucket.com
*Image links must end in PNG. GIF. BMP. JPG. or any other file type for images to show correctly.
*NEVER EVER POST JPG!, BMP isn't recommended either. PNG or GIF is fine.
you know what should start happening
warns should go out to the people who don't use an image hosting site
it's not like their stuff is ever worth looking at anyways

Despite the fact that you didn't use an image hosting site, these actually look nice.

With something so small though, your going to need to up the contrast and make the colors brigther (but you don't have to make the colors brighter, just focus on the contrast), I think you should focus more specifically on making the purple's last shade have more conrast, the red have more overall, and the green's brightest shade to be brighter. The mushroom caps could also stand to be a bit wider.

I think you should clean the sprite up a bit too, the eyes should be more square, and the highlights should be more faced towards the front of the torso/cape by about a pixel, the cap by two or three. The blue-ish shade you use for the white should change for each different color. For the reds it should be a bright pink, bright green for the green guy etc.

Its good though, nice job.

Aren't Shroobs in the game already M&L 3 style? You should clean it up a bit, its a bit 'dirty'.

this isn't ml3 style.

they have massive feet, not sure if that's part of the style but you might want to change that
