i am talking about metalman on megaman battle network soon i will be making metalman sprites but i don't know when to start or where

First off, try to type in complete sentences.

Second, there are already MetalMan sprites in the MMBN games, in battle and both overworld styles; so there isn't going to be much of a project.

That said, if you're really intent on doing this, I don't think Sprite Projects is the right place. Moving to Sprite Discussion.
