i actually tried to rip the spritesheets from the game
what i got is these .srl files (they def contain the sprites, i could see some tiles here and there)
though since im bad at obscure filetypes, headers and all that jazz im not sure how i can proceed

Sonic: Lost World [WII U]. Yup, it's finally here. And the fanbase rejoiced... at the prospect of dissecting the ever-living fudge out of it in hopes of finding something to complain about*.

Anyway, yeah, it's that new Sonic game. I'll just cut to the chase and say that the game itself... is actually not bad. In fact, I'd dare say it's a good one. The new control scheme might turn off a few people, but once you get past that it's smooth sailing from there on out... so long as you keep your 1-Ups in check.

Other games I've played lately mostly include titles from the 3DS' Virtual Console. Currently considering a "preparation playthrough".

*Yes, I know not all of the fanbase is like that.
