Could someone animate something for me?

Hey, I was wondering if someone could throw a quick animation together for me.
I'd like someone to animate the frames of Bowser Jr. on this sheet. Also, I'd like it if the image could be reduced to 50x50 rather than 64x64 so that I may use it for an avatar at DA.

Ugh I can't use it as an icon at DA... :c
It has to be 15kb or lower and it's just a little bit too big.

Any way to shrink the filesize without making it look completely butchered?

I wouldn't know how to help there, sadly...

A reduction in colors might be the solution but i'm not entirely sure

That would probably work, even if it wouldn't look quite as nice.
Anyone willing to try reducing the filesize by any means? Sorry for constantly asking for more stuff to be done.

Yakuman DS. Mahjongg but with Mario characters. I didn't rip the sheet, though; someone at MFGG did and I don't recall who.

i just removed a few colors that either didn't show up much, or were extremely close to another


as far as i know, it didn't get too butchered by the animator i used
