Why not Waluigi for the Strikers, because that is the only one he has that is a different outfit, while Peach can have normal sports wear, like from either the tennis/golf, baseball,1st Olympic games/NBA Street V3. EDIT: or Peach could also use her Biker suit from Mario Kart Wii.

I think that would work way better, because isn't Sonic Riders costume just goggles? this is a full suit. So works for me.
