but it's in jpg and is "self-amde" with the tileset from kymotonian(Tileset (click here))

Okay, first of all, you've got to save it as PNG.
Then, you should use an imagehosting website, like Imageshack or Tinypic.

yes. and when you had used Paint the PNG-filessize will be high u can use Pant.net (downlaod!).
