Plusle and Minun sound good, but I share Teddy's opinion on those Deoxys forms.

Jhoto, Jhoto, Jhoto, Maybe Feraligator can use Hydro Pump just like Blatoise. Also we need some of the starters to use the Ultimate Element Attacks.

I wouldn't mind seeing the ultimate elemental attacks, but is there really a point in having clone Pokemon? I know it'd be cool and all, but you could just give him a different attack at the very least. Surf or something for example.

Not sure who that is, but doesn't the Samurai Goroh assist trophy already do that? I wouldn't mind adding this guy to the list, but you need to find a way to make his attack(s) unique or he's not really worth adding.

I think Deoxys Attack Form could work if it was like this:

Deoxys forms
Attack Form: Randomly moves around the stage at rapid speed for 5 seconds (does not pass through walls), damaging all opponents it passes through for 1-3 damage (no knockback), then stops and immediately causes a shockwave around itself with high damage and knockback but short range.

third party assists are obviously out of the picture right? (If not, Travis Touchdown!!!!) But I was thinking of a Guerdo Guard from OoT, she charges and hits opponents with her spear, like the way little mac is in brawl.

Well that sounds good since Little Mac is playable. As for third parties I'm not the one to ask about that.

Or maybe instead of moving around at rapid speed, Attack Deoxys could move around covered in a purple aura that damages players on contact (like Groudon but less damage)? Then the shockwave part.

List of Ideas (Pick which one you like best.)
Water Pulse: He opens his mouth and then a water ball forms and he shoots it out and if the opponent gets hit then he becomes confused since Water Pulse can do that.

Ice Beam: He opens his mouth and fires an ice beam up and down and goes to a certain length, if you get hit you freeze.

and also
Waterfall:
He pounds five times and three waterfalls come out each time and create a wall of water if you get hit you get launched up a can kill you depending on your damage meter if it's above 60% there is a possibility you could be launched but I doesn't do any damage.

So what do you think?

Maybe it's just me, but I think Feraligatr should use Aqua Tail or Crunch (Squirtle already uses Waterfall). Basically a short range charge attack that deals large damage. That would separate it from Blastoise, who did many long range hits of weaker damage.

Also an idea for Deoxys Defense Form.
Iron Defense. Settles in one spot on the stage (in the air or on the ground) and covers itself in a metallic substance that bounces off all projectiles (with doubled strength) and does minor damage on contact. Stays on field for about 10-15 seconds.

I'm gonna lean toward some type of ranged attack for Feraligatr mostly due to the fact that Porygon 2 already does a good job at a strong, close-range attack. Hydro cannon is also a decent option for him in my opinion.

Defense Deoxys sounds good IMO. The only thing is that since people are going to know what it does they likely won't be using projectiles near it while its active. Other than that I like it.

He'd run around and whoever he touches gets diarea(thats spelled wrong sorry). They would run behind the BG and start losing some life for a few seconds.

I know it sounds stupid, but I like it and Johnny always has diarea in the games.

I never played the MGS series (yes I know I've missed out), but you're right and it does sound stupid to be honest. If other people think I should put it up I will, but it just sounds like a rather dumb idea in my opinion.

In some ways, running into the BG could be an awesome thing. Fox about to LANDMASTER you? Just go back for a bathroom break!

But anyway, I don't think it's a good idea, either. Not only is diarrhea rather disgusting and very unhealthy, but retreating into the BG is just not a good idea for anything (other than FSes). Also, Johnny isn't really all that important of a character.

Possibly a better idea is to take Metal Gear Rex, and have him do a Battleship Halberd. It could shoot rockets at opponents, laser cutter nearby players, and finish up with a Rail Gun nuke (comparable to the Nova/Smart bomb).

...Then again, that could do better as a boss, but if not, Rex would likely make a better AT than Akiba.
