True but then again I wasn't the one who banned him, Moz was. If you should be convincing anyone here it should be him. He seems to have made a compromise with you guys though. Also if Moz hadn't jumped on it I probably would have banned him too. To be honest you just seem to hate the concept of banning.

I only moved it to spamhaul after general discussion because I figured you guys wouldn't want it locked. Even though it was originally posted here he was banned while it was still in GD so I guess this is one of the gray areas to the rules? Either way in 3 days you'll have him back again.
