Yes, It has, however, the topic was started be Manaphy94, one of my spriters. I haven't been able to get in contact with him long enough to discuss the old topic. So I re-posted this to make it easier for me, and everyone, as I know exactly what has/is being done, and can post updates much faster then asking him to do it for me.
