Should we brace for a PS2 port in the future?

Why would they port a game that's been on PS3 for months now on PS2 :F

why would they port it to the PSP?
09-04-2009, 02:24 PM
Because the PSP is mobile. The PS2 is not, and is just simply out-of-date.

However, it's not dead.
Games are STILL coming out for it. And money. They'd make money off of the people with no next gen consoles.

Namco is much, much smarter than that. They're not going to waste valuable resources porting to the PS2 with the reduced visuals and shit so the few people who don't have a 360 or PS3 or PSP can play it. They can buy a PSP and bring it on the go. ESPECIALLY months after the game has already been released and played by everybody and their grandmother.

Besides, PS2 already has 2 and 3. You don't need anything else.

ps2 is a hshitty old console they should stop releasng games for it
09-04-2009, 04:20 PM

yes they are old and people only still play them because they are
a) poor b) oblivious c) overprotective wth their money

Raytheon has a point
PS2 was a good system during it's time, but that doesn't mean it's the best system of all time. Now a days most games on the PS2 that have been released after 2006 are shit then those on the PS3/360 while just as comparable to the average game you see on the Wii, maybe even worse.

well duh, because lol hardware limits.
And because the developers have moved on, so most of what is released now is shovelware. But to say there's no good games? also I still play mine all the time, yet I have next gen games. Logic fail. |
