Yeah... I can imagine very soon there's going to be quite a few posts saying "too dull"..... because yeah, it is.

But there's no doubt the one on the left has a little too much of a.... bright and... rather bland green colour, also.

You can see the actual picture of King K. Rool to the left has very different colours. May I suggest you steal them? Just to try it out?

not even sure if this is in style since its just an arm but
the current sprite is literally horrible and i have so many problems with the uneeded and completely pointless changes you made to the sketch i posted

i mean yeah its a sketch but when you post a sprite that looks like you went out of your way to fuck up the (already innacurate and "cartoony") anatomy on top of using a horrendous palette

ugh



p.s. im aware of the forearm/hand problems
will fix those when i get around to it

Yeah, I think the old stance was best. He just looked generally cartoony, and almost as though he were having fun.

Now he just looks like he's about to begin a serious fight. I mean, yeah, in smash bros. he would be, but this character just seems like the kind of guy who's oblivious to that, y'know?

I rather liked the care free, having fun K.Rool pose more. But 1up, your handelling of the musclemasses and pallete is far more superb. Anyway we can find a median to this?

I was going to say that was being a bit harsh there, Ice... but then I realized how right you actually were.

If you also look at the reference pic to the left of the sprite, you can see how the hands are almost the size of his head.
