The Misogi, as far as I remember, is only possible because the Shin Akuma of this game is Akuma with absorbed energy from Rugal, thus this move is kind of a combination of one of Rugal's special moves with Akuma.

The problem with this new Ultra is that it's TOO MUCH over-the-top, it's kind of ridiculous. If it wasn't that much flashy, it'd be an awesome Ultra.

Agreed, I'm all for turning more kicks into Ultra's but it's too out of the plausible. Hell you know what's a more appropriate Ultra? Turning into Shin Akuma that allow in itself would be a devastating thing cause he hit's hard. Like what half the damage of any super from a light punch? Call it OP, but it'd be better doubling power than creating the AKUMAFLYINGDRAGONSWALLOWKICKOFDEATHSTORM
