IMO, Psyduck's left arm (our right) is too straight, it looks odd. Also, Arcanine needs some shading under the chin, it looks like it has a beard.

Weezing looks nice, I'd add a few small bumps on the big head, it looks very smooth right now which Weezing should not look like. More AA on the black lines might help this too. Small head is perfect.

Arcanine is looking really fat. Overall the white fur should be a lot more "ruffly" and the stripes more pronounced. The tail just looks really bad tbh, I'd redo it. Also Arcanine's right front leg looks like it's popping out of his body unnaturally.

Psyduck looks pretty good, maybe tone down the AA on our right side.

Arcanine's face just doesn't do it for me. It seems too blank, just making him look stupid.

If I weren't swamped with work right now I might try my own hand at him.

I had another shot at Seadra. I much prefer this one.

Your Seadra proportions are all kinds of off as well. Did you use a reference? If so, follow it better.

Just telling you know that if you are gonna crit something do not put "IMO" because opinions do not make very good crits that and 1up knows how to use grammar, he just chooses not to use and and since his posts are still readable there is not problem with it.

Anywho, about the Seadra, pretty much what's been said. The head has the same problem of the old one in that it doesn't really look like Seadra. Also his tail is a bit too big this time.
