Use KAMS GTA Scripts to import, it also imports vertex colors.

For other stuffs, this is what I've done with the ones I ripped myself.
Yes, I made the Classic Silver model. It'll be submitted along with the super version when theyre fixed.
This one was missing some geometry, I fixed that later.
As you may have noticed by the use of language, the gameplay is recorded by my partner.

ok i figured this out but it still has no bones Dx
This works with Shadow the Hedgehog As Well
the PRS Extension is missing form the Files Pulled out from the ONE's tho the need to be Readded First Be for you Continue

Everything else should work the same with the tools (Depending what Concle Version your Pulling form for the TXD's i used the ps2 Versions :V)

I was about to ask if this technique exports bones, cause I finally got the Sonic model in 3DS max (Something I have been trying to do for over a year) and it had no bones. It is no problem for me, but just asking.

Look, the bones are there, but their locations and names are gone.
Take it like this, as of now, you can't get the bones. Unless somebody writes a decent .dff importer for heroes.

i mean when you pull the Files Out of the *.ONE's in "SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG" they dont have the *.PRS Ext like "MODEL.dff.prs" is what it is in Heroes and "MODEL.dff" is in Shadow's its really a PRS File tho and it need to be added to decompress
