Baby Bowser and Jr. should have some differences...

They have many differences actually. The bigger question is, do we really need them both?

I say go with Bowser Jr., not only because his sprite is better but also because he would have a more original moveset and is in more games.

Both should be done.

Who cares which or both is done. Decide which to be used... when/if they're actually used. ...though I think Bowser Jr. looks cooler.

And Baby Bowser would have a good moveset:

B=Fire Breath: unlike Bowser's, Baby Bowser shoots a fire ball that goes straight forward.
B>=Solo Toady: Baby Bowser throws a green Toady to the side, and if it collides with someone, the Toady brings them back to him, letting him bite him him (like Bowser's B> in Melee, only with longer reach).
B^=Toady Flight: Toadies fly up and carry Baby Bowser to new heights.
Bv=Ground Pound: Like Yoshi's.
FS=Giga Baby Bowser: Baby Bowser appears in the backround of the stage.There, you can make him breath fireballs and cause boulders to fall.

Entrance: he's brought by Toadies.

Shouldn't his FS be... y'know... different from Bowser's? Maybe something to do with Kamek?

It's different, just with a similar name. It's just like the last boss in Yoshi's Island. Kamek flies in and makes him big.
