I got the main characters of the New Story out from XC2 Golden Country DLC. Addam, Hugo and Minoth are entirely new, while Lora has a whip weapon and slightly better textures. Haze is similar with the textures but Jin might very well be the same, with the only difference being his sword having different textures.

Mythra and other returning characters only have re-arranged textures but otherwise remain the exact same.

I did this group because most likely they'd be the most popular. Any NPC's may be ignored unless commissioned, but hugo does remind me I need to get out Niall which I haven't done yet.

Hey, may i ask where you found the alternate appearances for characters? I can only find the defaults in the "BL" folder.

Mythra? Mythra doesn't have an appearance in Smash Ultimate; not as a model, anyway. None of the Xeno2 characters do - unless you want to count Rex and Nia's Mii costumes.

You might thinking about Mecha Fiora, who now appears in Shulk's Final Smash.

They added Mythra's Ultimate spirit design as a costume in Xenoblade 2. I'm wondering where the costumes are stored in Xenoblade 2 so i can find it. I can only find the default looks for blades.

Yeah, sorry for any confusion on the first comment. 
I've been looking at the model\bl folder again and so far the only alt costume i could find was Pyra's poncho. No sign of any of the other ones the original post here.
I have dumped the game from my Switch with the latest update data too.

Um, the links all seem to be dead. What happened?

Just realized there's a google drive at the end of the initial post... but it goes to the Fire Emblem collection... so I searched in his Deviantart and the correct link is this one

Link is updated to correct folder, sorry. I spent like 5hrs updated every singular post on Dev to proper links so it wasn't to fun XD. I plan on sticking with G-drive du eto the no-hassle (hopefully) to people who download from me.

Hi, thanks for all the model, wanted to ask if you plan on doing the default outits for soem characters such as mythra, pyra morag....i only seem to find their update costume in the google drive link, i tried the picture but it says model deleted or something

Hey. I've been trying to open the models yet it says that the file doesn't exist. if I try the google drive version, it also doesn't work.

Edit: I love the game and the characters. My computer just wont open the files

u need 7zip or winRAR to open/extract the contents in the rar files.

as for the google link, it works just fine for me on my end.

Sorry to be a burden. It works. The files will not let me download them. I am using a mac

After official game release, models will be uploaded by Kuro (hopefully). Model and textures are the same format as XC2, but textures are a bit hard to grab currently with public tools currently. Textures have changed from DXT5 format to BC7_unorm. Current textures are exported via raw texture dump.
