The armpits on each of them seem a bit strange to me. The arms look sorta plastered to the body.

This is great. I know I'm a huge Beatles fan.
Paul's face looks pretty small compared to the rest. When ever I draw him I tend to give him cartoonish sleepy-eyes. Try that.

for the first one don't put an outline on the sideburns, or brighten the color up on them. on my computer it looks like his head sort of just bends in where they are.
