The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - JigglyPuffGirl - 10-31-2012 I've been ripping Game Over screen sprites ever since i joined TSR, and now, i wanted to start a ripping project just like any other on the forums. This time, it focuses on Game Over screens. Continue screens before and after a Game Over screen are optional in this project as well. Like the Capcom arcade games for example (Final Fight, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs etc.) Example rip: http://i482.photobucket.com/albums/rr183/jigglypuffgirl/Sprite%20Rips/puggsygameoversheet.png And as usual, if you have any questions, feel free. Yes, you can join in as well, since I'm not going to be the only one. Any game genre and systems are allowed. RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - Garamonde - 10-31-2012 Well, you should include a rip of your own when you start a project so it won't look like a request thread for people to rip stuff. RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - JigglyPuffGirl - 10-31-2012 Fixed with a fresh new Game Over rip. RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - puggsoy - 10-31-2012 Hah, I never really noticed that Puggsy had a Game Over screen since I rarely died I might contribute a sheet or two here sometime though, interesting thread. RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - JigglyPuffGirl - 10-31-2012 Here's a Game Over from Kirby's Block Ball, a breakout Kirby game for the Game Boy: http://i482.photobucket.com/albums/rr183/jigglypuffgirl/Sprite%20Rips/kirbyblockballgameover.png Had to make the tag smaller since it's a small sheet. RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - Magma MK-II - 10-31-2012 This sounds interesting! RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - Maxim - 11-01-2012 Castlevania - Harmony of Dissonance (GBA) RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - Random Talking Bush - 11-01-2012 Game over, yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel: Huge image there, weighing in at 9.21MB. I blame all those full-colour images on that sheet. RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - Garamonde - 11-01-2012 Wow, JigglyPuffGirl, I applaud you. It's no easy feat getting RTB to come out of hiding. (You know I'm JK we love you Mr. Bush ) RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - JigglyPuffGirl - 11-01-2012 Little Game Over rip from Super Mario Bros 3 (NES): http://i482.photobucket.com/albums/rr183/jigglypuffgirl/Sprite%20Rips/smb3gameovermenu.png Another small Game Over rip. Also, Hello RTB! "She'll come back later, because nobody can avoid his destiny". (or evade, flee from, etc.) Too bad I can't translate the Japanese stuff. I included the intro, because the Game Over is just one screen, so there's more to look at. RE: The Game Over Screen Ripping Project - Magma MK-II - 11-04-2012 You could get the continue screen from the first Cho Aniki! Metal Slug 6 (Arcade): |
