You're talking about Mirakle B. he was from the first game and all his music was really just some higher pitched version of Mirror B's music, far as I remember.

Nope, the Afro guy is Mirror B.

I've only played the first one and I've encounter afro man and his name is Mirror B. Infact I don't remember anyone named Mirakle B. at all.

Also more proof on that Afro man is Mirror B.
