RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Perseus - 10-10-2010 To be honest I like your original ram best RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Perseus - 10-10-2010 Phew, I've finally finished the remake of the final evolution of metalflygon's Fire Starter. Please tell me what you think and what I should improve on. Ram.bmp (Size: 356.45 KB / Downloads: 272) Sorry, I don't know how to upload it normally. RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Baegal - 10-10-2010 IMO the final ram's face looks. . . unpokemon-like. I don't know how to explain it, but it seems. . .off RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Perseus - 10-10-2010 Thank you. I'll take that into consideration in my next drawings. RE: TSR PokeDex Project - metalflygon08 - 10-10-2010 Outside the face, you captured everything just how I envisioned it. Flames shoot out the horns. My personal Favorite is the middle form of my Ram Line, and it can shoot sparks and smoke out of it's horns. RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Koopaul - 10-10-2010 All gather up all the artwork later. Right now I'd like to hear more suggestions for a Water starter because the suggestions right now are... well we can do better. Sorry I forgot to add the flames RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Pico706 - 10-11-2010 I think it looks ok RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Perseus - 10-11-2010 I have an idea for the Water starter. We could have a seabird, maybe like an albatross or a gannet? It could be Water/Flying type. RE: TSR PokeDex Project - mutantyoshi - 10-11-2010 I've also had considered an albatross, but, since it's the first form of a starter, (which are usually non-dule type) I (my opinion) would have to say no...but thats just me. RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Perseus - 10-11-2010 I think Bulbasaur is the only first form of a starter with dual type. It could start off as a hatchling with only down instead of feathers, so it can't fly. (I also like the idea of having a puffin Pokémon, maybe a Water starter?) RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Baegal - 10-11-2010 I personally think a crab or lobster (or some kind of crustacean) would be cool, but it wouldn't be completely crustacean (kinda like how pokabu isn't completely pig (rabbit ears)), since we haven't had anything like that. Or what about a Turtle? Weve already had Turtwig and Squirtle RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Koopaul - 10-11-2010 The problem I have with our current choices are as follows: Starters are supposed to be cute, an isopod is not cute. Starters have to be able to travel on land, a dolphin can't. What the hell is a Desman? And Psyduck is arguably a platypus anyway. I never thought the Water starter would be so hard to come up with, but it is. RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Baegal - 10-11-2010 I actually think a desman would be pretty cool. Also, the starter has to be cute, but not the actual animal. They managed to make totodile cute, even when he's a crocodile |
