Don't forget that quick animations can deform the limb to be a little longer and retract it in the next frame. RE: THE FIGHTERS RESOURCE - Official Thread - Crappy Blue Luigi - 06-17-2012 yes, that's what you have to do to get more range. i think gors stated before that position within the 64x64 box isn't important, since animations can be lined-up in programming, so the only thing you have to worry about is your sprite actually fitting inside the 64x64 box.
