Every day, shake all the non-fruit-bearing trees in your town.
You'll get 2k bells, two random pieces of furniture, 5 beehives (worth 2500 total), and up to 5 bees (assuming you catch them all) which you can sell for bells.

Outside of that, check nook every day.

i was pretty exhausted yesterday and forgot to check my rocks/trees or do much of anything outside of checking my stores...

ALSO WHO WANTS TO SELL ME SOME ART FOR MY MUSEUM? 10,000 BELLS FOR WHATEVER (price is negotiable I'll pay more if necessary. but just make sure it's real. you can check this either by knowing how the art should look IRL or you can google it. If you don't want to do either, take it to re-tail and act like you want to sell it, if it's fake they'll say so)
