RE: what can be improved on the next Super Smash Bros - Cobalt Blue - 05-13-2009 but has an extremely easy to connect combo. RE: what can be improved on the next Super Smash Bros - BrawlLuvr - 05-18-2009 Donkey Kong is almost like a brother to me, but dude needs some changes!! Changes 2B Made: Final Smash Smash Moves Special Moves(maybe) Techniques RE: what can be improved on the next Super Smash Bros - tsr moderation staff - 05-18-2009 So change his entire moveset? Why? His final smash is really useful if you do it right and its one of the only ones I actually enjoy using (the other being pikachu's) RE: what can be improved on the next Super Smash Bros - Koopaul - 05-18-2009 To prevent the spamming of Pikachu's Thunder, have the attack do damage to Pikachu if it hits him (doesn't do damage to Pikachu if the bolt hits the ceiling or if Pikachu jumps out of the attack) He won't receive a lot of damage (just 2%) but it will make players use the move more conservatively. RE: what can be improved on the next Super Smash Bros - OtherWhiteMeat - 05-18-2009 I hope I'm not alone on this, but nerf Sonic's FS, and make his other moves stronger. RE: what can be improved on the next Super Smash Bros - Ravecat - 05-19-2009 I would agree with that if Thunder was as good as it was in 64, but it's meh in Brawl. His final smash is really useful if you do it right and its one of the only ones I actually enjoy using (the other being pikachu's) I'll admit it is useful(& I do it perfectly every time), but they should make him look like Nintendo did Donkey Kong Jungle Beat(which I'm planning to get on my cumpleanos) realistically For instance: In this game, he can wall-jump, do combo moves, gets good midair hits, and fight some badbooty kings. But, with all this cool stuff Nintendo decides to not put it in the game... Like, using Fludd on the second jump would propel you in the air like the Rocket Nozzle or the hover nozzle. I main Mario 'n all, and I don't mind Fludd, so I'm not all "omg give Mario the Tornado fludd sucks". It's just, Mario's recovery as of now pretty much sucks. Adding a Rocket/Hover Nozzle would get him back up on the stage easier. Also, double fireballs, just like the NES game. Poliwhirl for Smash IV. You do realize that DK has a certain "standard" to live up to - that Nintendo really can't change DK's moveset too much otherwise it won't feel like DK (and thus alienate DK players of Smash) DK's fine with his three meteors, Giant Punch, and facegrabbing really. His air game's fine with his bair. Adding wall-jumping and combos will just turn him into a weird, heavy version of Mario. Which would be...rather overpowered :I RE: what can be improved on the next Super Smash Bros - SKELTON S. SKELETON - 05-20-2009 does anyone ever use walljump RE: what can be improved on the next Super Smash Bros - Ton - 05-20-2009 No. Nobody does. And wall grab is pretty annoying too. And does anyone use crawl? Why did they add all this crap that nobody uses when they could have used that data to make alternate costumes? GRAAAAH! GRAAAAH! because obv. it did not take up that much space to make a wire frame move actually it doesn't take up much space to make more alternate costumes; the production team probably couldn't be assed to draw up new character models for the characters' alternates RE: what can be improved on the next Super Smash Bros - Geo the Fox - 05-20-2009 (05-20-2009, 11:56 AM)Tonberry2k Wrote: No. Nobody does. Screw you, CPU Sonic spams and makes good use of wall jumping whenever it can piss me off most AAARGGGGHHH. Especially when he starts doing impossible recoveries in Final Destination :< |
