Maybe not the best place to ask, but how well do you know the SSBM format? There's been someone claiming to be working on an exporter for it, but they've done nothing but dick around for over a year and a half (and I've correctly predicted that we'd have Smash 4 models with weights before he got Melee with weights working), and it's time this game got the legit rips it deserves.

Honestly, I don't even think theres melee models with bones either.

Closest anyone's gotten so far is this DarkPikachu/Tcll dude with his UMC tool, but it only exports to .obj. My main problem, though, is the fact he keeps scrapping everything and starting over so often, I figure it'll be years before he actually releases anything that works for exporting to a format with bones/weights.
