Whoa, great, the missile thing from the Boss *-* One of my favorite machines in series...

RE: Gussprint's Submissions REMIX - Part II - Gussprint - 03-07-2009

New spritesheet ahead, yo! And this time around... it's from a Wario game. "Wario Land Advance", to be exact.

Aerodent(Wario Land Advance)
Because the bosses in the game are way long overdue for a FULL rip. So is Wario himself, actually, but that's another story.
Anyway, this is a full tilerip of the Topaz Passage boss, Aerodent. From the teddy bear to the Tack Soldiers(Those green-helmeted things), and everything else to fit the bill. And yes, the teddy bear's sprite stretches itself when it gets inflated.
Before anyone asks, let me tell you this: Except for Cractus and Cuckoo Condor(I think), the boss sheets on the site are incomplete/missing stuff. Do the math.

On a random note, this sheet(Along with another one from the same game) was meant to be just a filler until I finished ripping a certain enemy from MS7, but seeing that the Mad Soldier's Future Rebel sheet(s) made it on the site...
...Well, looks like I ripped all those tiles for nothin'. *Shrugs*Oh, well...

As always, check the first post for the sheet.

Something like this happen to me...With his "Hi-Do" sheet...That really makes you want rip your Stomach from your belly, heh? (Happened also with my girlfriend, she ripped Amy Rose from Sonic Advance 3)

Naah... I'm cool with it. It's just the fact that I worked so hard to get all of the tiles, not to mention getting the proper palettes(That was the tedious part) that kinda makes me a bit like "...Dang.". But again, I don't really mind it.

In other news, I'm currently planning to rip the final boss from Wario Land Advance. Yes, the "Golden Diva". Because that... thing... is long overdue for a spritesheet. I'm probably exagerating, but I have a feeling it's going to be hard. Wish me luck, yo!

RE: Gussprint's Submissions REMIX - Part II - Carpaccio - 03-10-2009

Oh lord NO! Not the Golden Diva! Are you mad?!
Seriously I tried that thing once and it drove me nuts. Especially all those masks and stuff, then assembly and such, whew...it's a real pain. Just a word of warning it's really annoying.

...But I believe YOU can do it.

RE: Gussprint's Submissions REMIX - Part II - Gussprint - 03-15-2009

NEW SPRITESHEETS DEAD AHEAD!! Finally managed to finish one big bugger... are you ready?

°1 - Golden Diva(Wario Land Advance)
Yup, I went there, people. Ripped the final boss from WL4.
And let me tell ya, it was no picnic alright. Anyways, all tiles and "SFX" are present, complete with examples of how to assemble everything.

And that was new sheet °1. Now for new sheet °2, which is from a Sonic game.

°2 - Egg HammerTank MKII("Sonic Advance" Trilogy)
'Cause the one on the site is... well, let's just say stuff like this just can't be ripped snapshot-only. All pieces included, as well as the "damaged" palette.

As always, check the first post for the sheets.

Nice one Guss! Keep 'em coming, loving the WL4 sheets, that game really should get more love than it does.

RE: Gussprint's Submissions REMIX - Part II - SmithyGCN - 03-15-2009

Very nice work. I always wondered why the Golden Diva hadn't been ripped yet. Smile

RE: Gussprint's Submissions REMIX - Part II - @$$h0l3 - 03-16-2009

Awesome work as usual! Big Grin

RE: Gussprint's Submissions REMIX - Part II - Gussprint - 03-22-2009

BUMP, YO! New MS7 sheet on the way, people. Oh boy, what could it be?

Energy/Element Pod(Metal Slug 7)
[Image: animms7energypod.gif] <-- Three forces of nature combined in one orb drone.

For those of you who are curious(Or didn't play the game yet), you encounter those... orb things(Just WHAT the blitz are these things anyway?!?) in "Mission 5: Ruins Base", in the 3rd and 4th areas of the stage. They also appear at times in the Final Mission, when fighting the final boss' second phase. Sprite data stored in "chr_POD.bin".
And before anyone asks, yes, the 3rd frame of both main anims is different(Had to slightly edit it manually) from the in-game one. And yes,
all sprites use a unique palette. I did include the individual element palettes though, so you guys can easily recolor the sprites to your liking.

As always, check the first post for the sheet.

RE: Gussprint's Submissions REMIX - Part II - Dazz - 03-23-2009

Nice one! Big Grin

RE: Gussprint's Submissions REMIX - Part II - Cool Crash Metal - 03-23-2009

LOL, Those balls reminds me "The Energon Balls" from Crash Twinsanity XD

Heh heh... hey, come to think of it, someone could actually edit those sprites and morph 'em into Energon spheres quite easily.

RE: Gussprint's Submissions REMIX - Part II - Gussprint - 04-02-2009

Double post and bump, I know... no need to tell me. I do have a reason, though. There's a new spritesheet. Just a sec...

MV-280 Jeep("Metal Slug" series)
[Image: animmsxmv280bb.gif] <-- Been a while since I've seen one of these.

This is the rocket jeep from MS2/MSX, for those who are curious. There are two versions of this thing, with and without the rocket launcher. Which actually IS a separate sprite, appearently. All frames and SFX, as per usual.
Speaking of which, that "driving off" frame(Third one in the "Idle(About to fire)/Drive off" row)... I don't think I've seen it in all the games the MV-280 has appeared in. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's unused. Either that or I destroy it too quickly for it to get away or something else. :p

In any case, first post for the sheet as usual.

EDIT: Post updated with the demo animation, just for the heck of it.
