I think Ryu should be in...Not Street Fighter Ryu, but Ninja Gaiden Ryu, representing Tecmo. (Although Street Fighter Ryu wouldn't be a bad idea, either...)
I haven't thought of a moveset for him yet (Only played through first two stages of Ninja Gaiden 2), but I just wanted to lay it on the table...

I like Hayabusa, but me personally, I don't want him in. We only have eight 3rd party characters, and I think the eight Solink came up with work well enough.

Okay, let's first list all possible third party developers. I might update this list later on, but right now it seems very hard to come up with any character right now.

One of the three forces behind the Triforce arcade board. Aside from that, they have made some Nintendo exclusive games, like Star Fox: Assault and the Donkey Konga series.
