RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - Sengir - 09-12-2009 Seems pretty cool, I'll have to keep track of this to see where it goes... RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - Zac - 09-12-2009 I'm gonna try to create some armor designs if that's alright RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - GrooveMan.exe - 09-12-2009 We do have an armour designer, but feel free to take your best shot! Doing Pokémon beyond the first 151 would be a good idea though. RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - GrooveMan.exe - 09-24-2009 An update from one of our musicians, JDude~ Quote:For your listening pleasure, a sample of music we've done for our game. RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - Chadook - 11-08-2009 Boring game RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - DioShiba - 11-08-2009 (11-08-2009, 09:30 AM)DARK BLOOM Wrote: Boring game The idea is not as boring as your game so really you are quite the one to talk. but really, if you are not not going to post anything helpful at all then why bother posting? it'd only make you look like a jerk in return. Anyways, I like the direction this game is going Groove, It somewhat fits perfectly with the mid-evil aspect and pokemon at the same time. Music seems pretty alright for a old day theme. too so I don't have too much on criticism there RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - Kairos - 11-08-2009 (11-08-2009, 09:30 AM)DARK BLOOM Wrote: Boring game Way to show maturity by bumping a topic over some sill grudge. You are giant moron btw. RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - GrooveMan.exe - 11-08-2009 (11-08-2009, 09:30 AM)DARK BLOOM Wrote: Boring game Warned for spam, but thank you for bumping! D= RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - Solink - 11-08-2009 great concept art :] RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - Tornado of Fury - 11-15-2009 this idea is amazing one day i was thinking to myself and i thought of a game very much like this i hope this continues and no one ends up quitting cause that would really suck RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - GrooveMan.exe - 02-19-2010 Hey guys, does this artwork look a bit familiar to you? http://denkouz.deviantart.com/art/Pokemon-Battle-Fronter-ROUND-1-154527165 Remember kids, art theft is punishable by death without trial. (And thank you to everyone who notified me and reported his work. You're all wonderful.) Edit: Oh good, it got taken down. =D In case you're curious, I saved a copy (how ironic). http://i45.tinypic.com/1scexc.jpg RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - Koopaul - 02-20-2010 Sorry I'm late but I must be honest I really don't like the concept of this game. In a way it stands against what Pokemon is about. If there's one thing the games/anime/manga try to enforce is that Pokemon are NOT weapons, they are allies. And I know this takes place in the ancient times, but according to the games Pokemon and man were MORE united in the past than they are in the future! Even implying they married each other! *shutter* But still the point stand that this game is very anti Pokemon as one put it in the beginning of this topic. But hey those are just my two cents... Don't mind me, carry on. I'm just warning you some Pokemon fans may not like this. RE: PokémonJRPG Large-Scale Fangame for PC - GrooveMan.exe - 02-20-2010 We're aware. And every time it's mentioned we retort with the fact that WE'RE die-hard Pokémon fans, and just because the main series is happy sunshine and black/white morals doesn't mean that everyone wants them that way. There have been a shitload of parodies and fanart that represent Pokémon as wild and threatening, so we're not alone in our admiration for the concept. And if you're a fan of Monster Hunter? Well you'll be just right at home.
