Well, if in the end you can't think of anything else, maybe give jigglypuff Ditto's face. I mean, it probably wouldn't work, but with would be kinda funny.

Really poke'mon trainer should be the Jhoto Trainer with the same Poke'mon just different colors or have accesories like the scarf focus band or something like that.

Sraves were introduced in Generation 3 actually, not Generation 2.
And Squirtle can be edited into Politoad, Ivysaur to Skiploom, and Charizard into a very large Togetic.

What if the pokemon(Squirtle for example) are in costumes of them(Politoad for example)?

seriously, why the hell can't costumes be other characters? there was only one in brawl so we can't infer much from that and all it seems to be doing is making things more annoying when picking costumes. it just seems like a random rule ton pulled out of his ass
