you cant see the eye stalks, but looking at some head-on screenshots you cant see them that well there either, what im trying to say is that i like it

have you considered maybe doing a simple background to match?

I've always wondered how the Bulborb's can stand on such thin legs...

Anyways, that's a cool sprite, I like it Cute I do agree that they might look better with a matching background tile though, it sounds like you already intend to do so. Should we expect any other enemies?

i have a difficult time rounding things out in this style that lacks detail

not the best exsample, but it should like somthing like this

Should not be compleatly white
Bulborbs have shine in there eyes
Purple should be fatter, hair should be the same color to,and should have bigger feet
longer arms
intenas should't be streght up

is this good for "less jaggy" or are the pupils/irises/whatevertheyare too small now?
